BACKGROUND
In the present era, students are not just individuals pursuing knowledge at universities, but they are also agents of change in social and political aspects. In the social realm, students are seen as agents of change, development, and health. In the political sphere, they are regarded as individuals with high integrity who can criticize, evaluate, and improve various government policies. These demands require students to learn not only theoretical knowledge but also to care and demonstrate a professional attitude in leadership so that they can become individuals capable of mobilizing society based on the values of leadership stated in the Qur'an and Hadith, and become merciful to all beings. Most of the soft skills possessed by successful individuals are acquired through organizations.
